Start to finish wedding planning for the couple who wants a sophisticated and guided wedding planning experience. From concept, to design and execution, this service ensures that our clients will be able to have fun during the planning process and most importantly, fully enjoy their wedding day.

Our most elite planning package for the clients who want the ultimate planning and design experience. This package is perfect for the couple who would like to make approval decisions along the way, would like assistance understanding the industry and have their wedding planned for them in front of their eyes. 
Vendor recommendations from start to finish, based on the couple’s vision, budget and aesthetic 

  • Wedding budget and spending management, including payment due date reminders
  • Design and creation of wedding day website, including wedding registry
  • Save the Date and Invitation ‘Stuff and Send’, as well as RSVP Management
  • Travel accommodation research and booking, including guests room blocks, if desired
  • Tracking of meals and special needs for guests and children
  • Vendor and wedding tasks, calendar invitations and communication
  • Rehearsal dinner planning, including venue, catering and RSVP Management
  • Four Wedding Planning Milestone Check-in sessions (60 minutes each)
  • Visit to local wedding warehouse for design mock-up
  • Sourcing of all design vendors, including floral, stationary, rentals, lighting and more
  • Full, cohesive design of wedding day aesthetics for ceremony and reception spaces, including color schemes and room designs

This package is perfect for the couple who would like to make approval decisions along the way, would like assistance understanding the industry and have their wedding planned for them in front of their eyes.  Vendor recommendations from start to finish, based on the couple’s vision, budget and aesthetic.

This package requires a minimum event budget of $80,000 with an automatic 10% Production Fee billed via the final voice with Gian Events.

  • Sourcing of all non-design vendors, including photographer, videographer, hair and make-up artist, catering, entertainment, etc.
  • Vendor and wedding tasks calendar invitations and communication

  • Sourcing of all design vendors, including floral, stationary, rentals, lighting and more

DESIGN + COORDINATION

For couples that enjoy the planning and design process, but would love to be emersed with consulting and planning sessions, this service allows our clients to work with us for coordination and and drop-in industry-filled meetings.

Intended for the couple who would like to track their progress of their wedding planning on their own, but would love the assistance of a wedding designer and coordinator, this package is perfect for you. As you focus on the logistics of the wedding planning (food, photographer, venue, etc), we’ll take on the design and making sure the big day goes off flawlessly. This package includes day of coordination management.

  • Two Design Meetings (60 minutes) with your Wedding Planner
  • Visit to local wedding rental warehouse for design mock-up
  • Sourcing of all design vendors, including floral, stationary, rentals, lighting and more
  • Full, cohesive design of wedding day aesthetics for ceremony and reception spaces, including color schemes and room designs

  • Up to 10 hours on-site for ceremony and reception coordination coverage

Incorporate the luxury of a wedding coordination team to coordinate the entire wedding day. From detailed timelines, to event set-up and vendor day-of management, our Coordination style will allow our clients to not worry about a single thing on their big day.

When your wedding is fully planned, we'll take over for the day itself. Throughout the year, shoot off your vendor contracts and pin as much as you want on your Pinterest board so that way we can match all your vibes during the last 60 days of your engagement. From a detailed itinerary to a personal planner along your side, we'll be there for you every step of the way.
