We are gearing up for a special 2024 year of weddings and celebrations.
If you have exceptional organizational skills and love planning memorable events, we would love to have you join our team as an on-site Event Assistant. You will be the “go-to” person for lead Event Planner. We are passionate about exceeding our clients’ expectations and trust a large part of that responsibility to our support staff, so we offer competitive compensation and a fun and supportive work environment. Our Event Assistants are hourly positions and require commitment of at least five (5) events per year. Each minute that is poured into the day itself is important to all of our clients. If you are an organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to have you on our team!
Job Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to handle conflict calmly and professionally
Detail-oriented and reliable with good time-management skills
Able to work well individually and on a team
Appreciate the concept for a fun-filled, celebratory event at all times!
